oh how the time passed by!

ahhh yes, its been well over 4 months since my last entry.

these are due to

1. my laziness

2. forgetting my password for this account (due to lack of organisation)

3...

actually the list can go on forever...

you get my drift.

so what has changed within the last months?

alot i say.

for starters, from being a bum- waking up at 11 and going to sleep at 5,

I pulled my act together, got my ass off the couch and finished my folio.

sent out resume a little by little (which resulted in a whole lot of calling up firms)

went to a couple of job interviews annnndddd.....

(drum roll)

found myself a full time position at a architecture firm.

easily said than done, this was a long process.

not necessarily hard, but it did push my patience.

sometimes feeling happy that im taking a break,

sometimes feeling helpless,

sometimes feeling eager and sometimes feeling just crap....

being the drama queen that i am, there were waves of emotions rolling in and out.

but very slowly but surely things started to place itself.

and reflecting back on it now if not for all the things which happened between july and october,

i wouldnt have made the decision that I have.

funny thing is, its always have been like this for me.

the time i got the job in japan, the time i came back to do my masters.....

i truely thank God that I am where I am today.

Im loving the firm and the people there are lovely.

slowly learning different aspects of how projects are structured, run and directed...

what else has changed?

on a superficial note,

I cut my hair.

its just above my shoulders which isnt that short but its the shortest i have had it in well over 15 years.

I asked my hairdresser to cut it shorter but she insisted i should only cut it to just above shoulder length first then try a shorter look.

i think i shall of cut it shorter next time round.

what else what else.

went to a highschool friend's wedding yesterday, and my friend who we went to the wedding together got engaged today.

haha how funny.

Im happy for both couples.
